Nerf Rebelle Bow

There are three different Nerf Rebelle bow blasters I am going to be going over here. I’ll try to be somewhat concise. Two of the bows, although labeled as blasters, aren’t true blasters. They are fired more like actual bow and arrow weapons than any real Nerf blaster. The first is even firing actual bow type projectiles and the second is back to the usual dart projectile. The last, my favorite, is a crossbow type blaster and is more true to the standard blaster archetype. At any rate, I’ll go over all three. Are you ready to begin?

Nerf Rebelle Agent Bow Blaster

This bow is actually very impressive looking. I would totally use this Nerf Rebelle bow, and I’m a guy. It looks that good. Plus, with Hunger Games being so hot right now, it’s sure to be a hit with all the girls who want to pretend to be Katniss Everdeen. The design is just so great and official looking. I feel bad for all the little Hawkeye’s out there that would be put-off by the color scheme. This Nerf Rebelle bow backs up it’s amazing looks with great performance as well. The arrows whistle when zipping through the air and they can land on your target at up to 80 feet away when fired properly. Pull another arrow out and it loads quickly and easily. The Nerf Rebelle bow comes with 3 arrows, a detachable faux-quiver, and a gimmicky throw-away decoder to use on “secret messages” printed on the arrows. Did I mention it has an integrated red dot sight? If you really enjoy the bow, you’re going to want to procure some spare arrows, for sure. Nerf Rebelle Heartbreaker Bow

Honestly, I don’t even know why I’m doing this overview of the Nerf Rebelle Heartbreaker Bow blaster. It really is breaking my heart. I hate this faux-bow, I hate this blaster. I don’t like the design or the way it looks. It resembles a droopy dead bird or a fish or something weird like that. I don’t like the way it fires or the way it feels when you pull and release the string. It seems weird to use this fake bow to shoot regular Nerf darts. I can tell you that it doesn’t live up to the advertised ranges, either.  It’s slow to fire and reload when compared to the Nerf Agent Bow and it doesn’t shoot as hard or as far. It does have a tactical rail mount attached for accessories, though. So I guess that’s a positive. I’d much rather have the old Nerf N-Strike Blazin’ Bow Blaster. It looks way better and it fires big foam missile looking darts, but unfortunately it is definitely designed more for boys. There is no female counterpart.

Nerf Rebelle Guardian Crossbow

Last, but not least. We have finally transitioned from a legit bow and arrow, to a faux-bow firing darts, to arrive at this bad-arse foam dart launching crossbow. Ladies, meet the Nerf Rebelle Guardian Crossbow Blaster. I think this Nerf rebelle bow has an excellent design. The shape and form of the bow just really works for me. It is a pump-action, six-shooter revolver type weapon. That is quite effective for speed and accuracy as you’ll mostly need to maintain a two-handed grip on the bow at all times. The range with the 6 included darts gets up to about 50 feet under good firing conditions. It has a tactical rail mount up top to connect all your Nerf gun attachments. The bow arms can be removed pretty easily. The way the muzzle is wide open makes me think some modder could come up with a speed-loader for this. The Nerf Rebelle Guardian Crossbow comes with the blaster, the six darts, and the removable bow attachment. I’m also going to suggest some extra ammo and they make what I think looks like the perfect ammo kit to go with this crossbow, and it is the Nerf Rebelle Dart Diva Bag and Belt.
