BLEE'S DECREE
The Nerf Elite Blaster Rack is meant to be an effective storage option for holding your Nerf Collection, but it ultimately encounters one fatal error during testing.

I know this is an older product and most of you probably know this by now, but I just couldn’t resist writing this article. My heart is basically writing this itself through my fingers right now — my brain’s disconnected. If just one person out there doesn’t know about this thing, then writing this was all worth it. Check it out, it’s the wack Nerf Elite Blaster Rack.
The Nerf Elite Blaster Rack.
The Nerf “Elite” Blaster Rack couldn’t be further from Elite if it tried. While it seems cool in theory and might even look cool in pictures, it is most decidedly NOT cool. It’s uncool, even. I hope you’ll trust me on this one, because if you buy this for yourself or for your kids, you WILL regret it. Just sayin’.
An Unbiased Review.
I know I’ve been railing on this thing pretty hard, so we’ll give that a break right now and go over the details of this blaster rack without my opinion inserted into the mix.
The Nerf Elite Blaster Rack is meant to be an efficient Nerf gun storage solution, based on real steel gun racks and gun cabinets. I started a series on my YouTube channel going over effective Nerf storage ideas, but it was cut short for two reasons.: One, because I took a Togashi level hiatus from YouTube and two, their just aren’t a lot of good options for Nerf storage.
There were just over the closet shoe organizers and generic under the bed storage bins. That’s about it. So when this thing showed up on Amazon, it piqued my interest instantly.

The Nerf Elite Blaster Rack is a storage rack, akin to real steel gun racks, that is meant to hold your Nerf Arsenal. (Unless you’re me, then you’d need 11 of these.) It has storage for 6 Nerf blasters in the main “rack” area where you can lay your longer, primary class blasters and a couple of shelves where you can add your trusty secondary blasters.
There’s also a handy drawer where you can store small Nerf blasters, like Jolts, and Nerf magazines as well as loose Nerf darts. It’s a good sized drawer and they show a lot being stored there in the product photos. Finally, on either side of the Blaster Rack, there are hooks to hang some more Nerf gear and notably, reverse tactical rails where you can slide blasters on and they can just hang out until you need them.
As you can see in the above photo, the Blaster Rack is barely up to knee height, making it great for smaller Nerfers. It’s a cozy little rack that will likely fit anywhere in your little ones room. And just look at that drawer full of Elite Darts. That’s the same way I used that drawer when I had this Blaster Rack in use at my own place. It’s just really fun to see a drawer full of fresh foam, ready to be dispensed.
The Wack Nerf Elite Blaster Rack Conclusions.:
Alright, the objective review ends here. The Nerf Elite Blaster Rack absolutely sucks! And this is why: It’s flimsy AF. It’s soft like terry cloth. It’s weak like crackhead cracked teeth. They say in the product description: “ohh, it’s SO easy to put together!” And that’s true, but it’s because everything just snaps together like Mega Bloks. There are no screws to screw in, no bolts, no nails to hammer, nothing to actually build. Just snap it together like those foam dart blasters from K’Nex a few years ago.
Right. Except those actually stayed stuck together. The Nerf Blaster Rack will not stay together. Not unless you set it up just for pictures. If you actually use it, it WILL fall apart. It will sway with the wind, it will buckle under the pressure of a 2 pound Nerf blaster. So imagine what a wild 8 year old boy will do to this thing. It will not survive. It feels like every time I’d walk by this thing I would have to snap certain parts back together.
The Competition
It’s not hard to best the Nerf Elite Blaster Rack. So it might be time to start looking at those over the door shoe organizers I mentioned earlier. They actually work really well for pistol class Nerf blasters. Nerf makes their own over the door storage thing, but it only stores a few blasters. Besides that, check out some other official Nerf products like their under bed storage cases and their transport cases. Even a generic sports rack would probably work well. But if you really want to go all out, a small Nerf pegboard setup would be the coolest option by far.
Should I Buy?
Yes, if you want the flimsiest storage option and you love wasting money.
No, if you actually like money and want a more effective way to store Nerf blasters.
